Warranty Description

Limited Warranty (applicable to all Arrow products). Please be sure to check the Arrow

FAQ and follow recommended care instructions before persueing warranty work. Arrow warrants that all

its products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from 90 days of

original purchase date. Should your product fail to perform for either of the above reasons, Arrow will

repair or replace your tool with an equivalent product at no charge to the original purchaser within

this 90 day period. Please check your specific product, as additional warranties may apply to your

specific Arrow product. Only Arrow knows the proper staple tolerances required for best performance of

Arrow Staplers. To ensure warranty repair use only genuine Arrow Staples. Our staples are made to these

exact tolerances to insure trouble-free stapling performance. Accept no substitute. Always insist on

Genuine Arrow Staples. This warranty shall not apply to the repair of damage or defect caused by the

use of other than Genuine Arrow Staples. To obtain the benefits of this warranty, purchaser must send

product securely packaged with proof of purchase and postage to: Service Department Arrow Fastener Co.
