The knife works well. The only thing that I encountered was that it is hard to find blades for and the blades that are sent with the knife are a little too short to cut through all of the windshield. I had to bust it to cut across the bottom.

BOUGHT ONE AND IT WORKS GREAT, JUST HAVEING HARD TIME FINDING LONGER BLADES! I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT
