Tool worked as described on my '95 Chevy truck. You still have to remove the three bolts holding the steering gearbox from the frame to allow clearance for the puller. I was able to remove the pitman arm with ease without disconnecting the steering sector/shaft or the power steering oil lines. For my year Silverado, a 1-5/16” box wrench was needed for the nut on the gearbox shaft that holds the pitman arm and a 15/16” wrench for the puller. I would have left a rating of five, but you have to separate the gearbox from the frame. It’s only three bolts and the tool still saved me the hassle of removing the steering gearbox.
