Type 27 - Flat Shape. Sait 40-Grit Saitlam Premium Aluminum Flap Discs. Premium aluminum oxide grain with cooling agents. Specially formulated to reduce heat build-up on workpiece. Reduces loading on Aluminum and other non-ferrous applications. Excellent choice for Stainless Steel and other heat sensitive materials. Stainless steel, high tensile steel, titanium. Ferrous and/or non-ferrous metals. Nylon 6/6 backing - a non-scratching, high strength backing resistant to temperature extremes, common chemicals, and solvents. Provides an even "finish ready" surface. Excellent for miter joints, corners, and edges. Specifications: RPM - 11000. Tech Info: Resin over resin construction for a strong bond resistant to heat and moisture. Note: 4" and 4-1/2" Saitlam and Saitlam K must be used with nut. 6-1/2" must be used with backing pad and nut.
