These are great locks but I prefer the larger 2 1/4" shackle over the 1 1/4 inch shackle. The larger shackle gives more room to turn it up to read the combination dial. After several months use the locks get a little difficult to open and close. A lubricant is required to keep them opening smoothly and the four number dials turning easily. Otherwise they hold up nicely.
