Greenlee GT-10GFI Polarity Cube

Use to trouble shoot 120 V AC grounded outlets and test GFCI receptacles

Light sequence indicates correct/incorrect wiring

Instructions:

Unplug all appliances or equipment on the circuit being tested

Plug the circuit tester into any standard V AC receptacle (NEMA 5-15R)

Compare the illuminated lamps on the circuit tester to the code key located on the product or in the table above

If the receptacle indicates the “Correct Wiring”, depress the GFI button and hold. The circuit breaker should trip within 6 seconds

Reset the circuit breaker on the circuit at the panel

Repeat the above steps for every receptacle on the circuit, including remotely connected receptacles on all branches

Note: If the LEDs indicate anything other than “Correct Wiring” or if the circuit does not trip, have the wiring corrected by a qualified electrician
