The service we recieved was excellent. The tools work but had rought jaw faces that were not deburred. This is not what I would call a "Quality Tool or professional grade tool". This would probably be a function of the price but I seen your advertisements that you do not sell junk tools but this reminds me of something found at Harbor Freight. I will consider using WebToolTruck in the future but will investigate the tool quality closer.
